Each article names its author. Most articles are by Professor Alasdair MacLullich; guest authors are identified. The named author is responsible for the final published content.
Evidence and sources
Clinical claims are checked against current guidance and primary or systematic evidence wherever possible. Opinion and personal experience are identified as such.
Dates, updates and corrections
Articles show their original publication date. Older archive dates may be approximate and are labelled. Substantive reviews or corrections are dated and described. Errors are corrected transparently.
Interests and guest contributions
Relevant professional, academic or financial interests are disclosed in an article where they may affect interpretation. Guest articles remain the views of their named authors.
